| Aspiring Arts upholds decent principles and trustworthy, genuine dealings. Since the vast majority of people do so too, we are happy to serve the vast majority of people!
We will do everything possible to provide excellent customer service. However, Aspiring Arts reserves the right to refuse a sale or service in certain instances. These include shipping to countries known to have high internet fraud rates and selling to customers whose conduct or communication opens questions of possibly high-risk transactions. In addition, we cannot ship jewelry to Indonesia, as that is a prohibited item to ship to that country.
Methods of Payment
Aspiring Arts accepts Visa, Mastercard, US money orders, and personal checks. Money orders and checks will be held until the bank confirms they are cleared, usually around ten days.
International Orders
As a general rule, Aspiring Arts will not sell or ship outside of the United States. However, exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. Due to the increase in identity theft and international fraud, Aspiring Arts may ask for additional proof of a buyer's identity. This is for the buyer's protection as well as our own.
International customers should also be aware of your country's taxes, duties, and customs fees, as these are the customer's responsibility. Aspiring Arts will not mark any merchandise as "gift" on the customs forms.
